The Brief:

A complex, 5-year tender-based mandate to manufacture more than 2 million training kits per year. The kits included sling bags, t-shirts, notebooks, jackets, caps, badges and lanyards.
The Government of India entrusted OGS with this unique responsibility, having previously witnessed our competence with large-scale project and logistics management.

A dedicated helpline number was set up in-house, especially for the tenure of the project. This was to enable training centres to clarify any queries they had about their training kits and provide them round the clock support.

Every piece of merchandise incorporated branding as seamlessly and aesthetically as possible and we ensured delivery to even the remotest of the towns in India, covering more than 20,000 pin codes.

The Impact:

The initial tender was issued for a 1-year period, but our timely deliveries and high-quality merchandise led to the contract being extended to 5 years.
