The client wanted to reward thousands of loyal channel partners, and needed a wide variety of merchandise. To accommodate for the sheer number of partners and their preferences, a variety of high quality merchandise was required.

Given that ‘range’ was a critical part of the brief, our sourcing team reached out to our global network of suppliers to better understand which products would meet our strict quality benchmarks.
This project was much about scale as it was about variety: over 100,000 HDMI cables were sourced, amongst several others. To make this happen, our quality management team worked very closely with the supply chain management leaders; this way, both quality and speed were achieved.
The Impact:
The brief for variety was truly met, with travel bags, stationery, wallets, apparels, pen drives, HDMI cables and hand umbrellas all sourced in record time.
